Welcome to the homepage of Michael K. Barbour. I am originally from Newfoundland, Canada, but am currently living in Vacaville, California. I completed my Ph.D. in Instructional Technology at the University of Georgia in Athens, Georgia. At present I am an Associate Professor of Instructional Design for the College of Education and Health Services at Touro University California in Vallejo, CA.

I will be honest and say that while I update portions of my homepage on a regular basis (e.g., CV, list of publications and presentations, etc.) and I update my social network sites below very regularly. But I haven't touch most portions of this website for years.
